Who am I? “T.Large” is a 27yr old Sneakerhead/Fashion Geek  living in Huntsville, AL.  Since I am a true “people person” and believe in the power of networking; I started this blog so I could have a one-stop shop to keep on top of all the sneaker-fashion info and stay in touch with people i’ve met from being into kicks.   My goal is to open a fresh/dope/fly as it gets -store here in Huntsville late 2009. The blog is a way to introduce the movement to the masses.

A little something about me… Humm What can I say?

 Well first off I want to start out by telling  how I came about into this sneaker game… It all  started out when I was a child  growing up watching professional  basketball, football, and baseball… Watching great players like Michael Jordan, Anfernee Hardaway, Scottie  Pippen etc. those were the days… Turning on a game just to check out what shoes they were rocking… I remember it like it was yesterday… I use to love basketball now it seems like a show boat… Well you have some players who loves the game for the game, but you also have some players who think they sh*t don’t stink… Anyways enough with the basketball talk and lets get back to the point of this…

 Sneakers entered my life at a early age… I remember going to school and seeing so many kids in Jordans…The first Jordan I every remembered wanting was in 2^nd grade I was staying with my grandma in Birmingham, Al and I seen a “D-Boy” as they are know now wearing the Playoff 8s… and I remember going up to him saying “what are those? Those look futuristic…” and he said “These here little man are Michael Jordan’s”   I will never forget that day playing in the park and watching those shoes walk away… So after that I immediately ran home to my grandma and asked her if I can get those shoes… Of course she said “No”… So that’s when the sneaker hunting had started for me… Hopefully this can help… If you need anything else just let me know…asdfasdfsdfsdfasdfs

KS originated as a cool name for a sneaker store that I (t-large) thought up awhile back. KREATIV (creative) is just a cool flip on the word creative. It means alot though because I am creative and a little different in nature; You know, there are some people that are just more comfortable “standing out” than “fitting in”. I put the SOLE on the end cause that’s what I’m about. I’m seriously addicted to sneakers.

This site is just my way of taking it back to the love. You know when a hoop star is all alone in the gym shooting jumpers, or a great hitter is at the ballpark alone taking batting practice. At that moment its not about the money or the fame or anything else…it’s the love! Thats how I feel when I lace up a fresh new pair of kicks. Its truly just about my love an my connection with sneakers. Truthfully speaking there is no need to spend all this money on a pair of kicks you might wear twice in a year.  Furthermore there is no need to own enough sneakers to only have to wear them twice a year. Nevertheless its a beautiful feeling when you step out in a brand new pair of kicks. Greatest feeling in the world!
